artistes contemporains ont créé à la galerie Le Repaire des 100
talents un petit univers présentant ce qu'aurait pu être une telle
exposition. Amateurs d'horreur, de steampunk victorien et de
l'étrange venez vous immerger pour un moment dans ce monde
fantastique.
L'Exposition
Universelle de Transylvanie de 1899 débute jeudi 1er octobre et se
poursuit jusqu'au 6 novembre.
Le
vernissage, qui sera une bonne occasion de rencontrer et de discuter
avec les artistes, aura lieu le dimanche 4 octobre de 16h30 à 21h00.
Pour faire encore plus 1899, nous suggérons (ce n'est pas une
obligation) de venir costumé style victorien (fin 19ème début
20ème siècle), steampunk ou gothique.
Vous
pourrez y voir des toiles, des sculptures, des objets ésotériques
ainsi que des bijoux. 24 artistes c'est 24 micro-univers à
découvrir.

What could we have seen if a World's Fair had been held in Transylvania in 1899? Vampires? Weird steam-powered machine? Fine victorian and gothic fashion?
23 contemporary artist have just create that at the art gallery Le Repaire des 100 talents, a small universe depicting what could have been seen in such a World's Fair. If you are a fan of horror, victorian steampunk or weird stuff, come immerse yourself for a moment in this fantastic world.
The art exhibition called "L'Exposition Universelle de Transylvanie de 1899" will start october first and will last until november 6th.
The opening reception (vernissage), which will be a good opportunity to meet and talk with the artists, will take place Sunday october 4th from 4h30 PM till 9h PM. To make the 1899 experience more vivid we suggest (ther is no obligation) to come costumed victorian style (end of 19th beginning 201th century), in steampunk or gothic style.
You will see paintings, sculptures, esoteric objects and jewels. Discovering 24 artists is like dicovering 24 different universe.
